Carnalentejana DOP asked me and Portugal Multimedia to develop their digital strategy communication.  The goal is to present the brand as a certified and reliable producer, which is simultaneously close to the final consumer. Besides the mother brand Carnalentejana, we deal with the communication of its restaurants.

The brand Carnalentejana D.O.P. (Protected Designation of Origin) is a result of the effort made by farmers in the preservation of Alentejo’s cattle breed.

 

Since 1992 the Carnalentejana producer group has been working every day to guarantee the highest quality and food safety criteria in symbiosis with the natural environment of the native breed Bovino Alentejano.

Products identified as Carnalentejana DOP have strict quality control from the birth of the animals to the packaging of the products.

 

Transparency, certification, and quality control are essential to consumer confidence in products with Protected Designation of Origin.

Carnalentejana’s new website, which is now updated with news related to the group, has managed to get closer to the consumer and increase the number of new accesses. Since the re-launch of the brand’s website, our team has been creating content for the same, from copywriting to image capture.

 

Apart from making it mobile-friendly, Portugal Multimedia re-designed the website Carnalentejana, re-structuring and optimizing the existing content.

 

Throughout the first year that the website was online, we were able to perceive what the public is looking for and thus optimize its structure. All new content has played a key role in the success of website SEO optimization. We increased the number of new access to the Carnalentejana website by 86%

The color scheme was chosen based on fundamental aspects of the website redesign. Starting with the brand image that supports the identity of Carnalentejana D.O.P., we wanted to add the colors of earth, wine, and the characteristic dry green of the Alentejo region.
